| The answer to my riddle:
The first man would have know his hat was white if the two men in front of him were wearing white but he didn't know the answer meaning the the second and third men were either both wearing white or one white one black. The second man knowing why the first man didn't answer, only would have answered if the the man was wearing a black hat because that would mean he would have a white hat. He didn't answer because he saw a white hat. The third man knew why both of the men didn't answer so he knew he was wearing a white hat.
