Alright. I'm back and I'm alive!

So yeah, thanks for your guy's advice. It helped!
I mean, it wasn't the best day and it wasnt the worst. It totally sucks cause about 95% of the girls there already have their own little cliques and won't let you in unless they deem you 'cool' enough. And the remaining 5% are my friends from grade school. Sooo. hahah. But the guys are all friendly, so that's a plus! The teachers too are great for the most part. And i didn't get lost at all, which shocks me xD Annd yeahh... it kinda sucks cause i don't know anyone in like my religion class so i was just sitting there alll by my lonesome. But then every other class I know at least one person and they're sociable enough. -takes deep breath-

Yep. It's a Catholic high school hahha. Which means... uniforms baby!

great job, and don't worry about not knowing anyone in your religion class, just mingle with some peoples and then decide if you like any one in that class. it's what i did for my bio class last year. lol

uniforms... our school wanted to give us some. they said "It's not just wearing uniforms, it's having 'uniformity'." yeah didn't go over well.

are school never has try'd I don't think... but at the beginning of this school year they said that we weren't allowed to sk8-board on school property or out front... cause it 'looks bad, and gives are school a bad image' (yet there's a smokers section right there like directly in front of the school... and its full of druggies/ dealers...)... and well it really didn't go over well... so they gave us like this little corner out back that we could use... that eventually spread out all over again... :)

and lol, Rana is definitely right, you just mingle in, get to know some of your classmates in religion class and make friends that way.

Hahha. Yeah, I prefer our uniforms too. They still give us some freedom though because we can choose whatever socks and shoes we want to wear and we can choose whatever color shirt we want to wear as long as it's a solid polo and has the school logo on it. It's really not that bad

hahha. Yeah but their really strict on everything else. You can get a detention sooo freakin' easily. For having your shirt untucked, not having your nametag, chewing gum, being even 1 minute late to class, being tardy, not being prepared for class, etc.
And it's hard making friends, but I joined a lot of clubs, so maybe then that'll help me. hahah. But my friend and I figured out that our freshman class is split into three main social classes:
- the socially challenged genius's who refuse to talk to anyone but their little friends but who are also in all my classes because somehow i did well enough on my entrance exam to make it into honors.
- the bitchy snobs [boys and girls] who think they are better than everyone else and are usually found with designer purses [the girls that is] and have at least 20 friends of the opposite sex. Fortunetly, not many of these are in my classes. -coughHAHAcough-
- the normal average janes who are friendly to everyone yet cannot seem to make any new friends other than the other normal kids. This is where I fall into, obviously, and this is where i shall forever remain, just drifting in and out with a confused look on my face.
ahahha. But high school is still fun nonetheless

here is for my school:

1. stereotypical jocks (not the brightest always, but are usually not mean)
2. the snobs (which i avoid at all costs)
3. multiple groups of nerds/geeks, me being in one of the cooler, nicer groups
4. the STUCO types, who are nice to everyone, but tend to stick together more or less

I actually can't even put my school into distinct groups. lol, since its a publice school it can get crazyy.

-you have your nerds/geeks who all hang together cause no one else really talks to them
- you have your weird emos and goths who also hangs out together because they freak people out.
-you got your preppy "I'm so dumb but I have a lot of girls and guys friends and I somtimes get high and drink" boys and girls
- and just the reg preppy/sporty/jocks who hang together
- you have your nobodies/regular people who hang out with the other regs.
-foreign exchange students
-and.... I think that's everybody actually.... nah, I'm probably forgetting some people but, oh well!

well most of them do- but I'm friends with some of the cool ones. lol. that's how it is with me and a lot of the groups.

One of them is actually one of my sister's closer friends XD

but i do not really know many goths/emos.... i have a friend who recently converted from being emo, but other than that... and really, she was more of a closet emo.

I'm in a public school too. Lol. Idk, I just felt like mentioning that I know about the little group things. Lol


See, this is what humans do... I know it's human nature to look around your environment and label things at once. But for some reason, it seems wrong to me.

Of course, I do it too. Lol, does anyone feel that labeling is wrong too? I wish i didn't do it, but I subconciously always categorize the groups of people around me.

I try my hardest not to, but in the end I find that my mind has done it without my noticing. Lol.
