cami's poetry( for Carlisle house!)

well, since everyone is making their own thread, I thought I would too!

here is a poem that I made a while ago:


"GRAVITATIONAL"

That first night you flew into my window
Hovering on the mysteries of time
In a spark of blue you put on a show
You caress my skin, that’s when we sublime
With intertwined fingers we move as one
Two bubbles rise so sweet in sympathy
Your tender taste a dazzling midnight sun
Trickling into my sweet epiphany
Like flame and dust with a kiss consume
We are elemental my beloved.
Two souls naive full of power we loom
In a secret hour my love he bled
So competent a stranger in daylight
Twelve strokes and we vanish into the night

and this one that I made a couple of minutes ago:

it's about twilight:

“My Sparkling knight”

You lighten the mood when you say you might
And I want to hold you really tight
All I’m asking for is that simple invite
To taste your domestic light
Listen to me if you don’t want to fight.
It won’t take much, just one bite.
Please will you change me tonight?
Will you be my sparkling knight?

Life is a book you can only read once
However tempting it may be
Time is a page you've yet to peruse
Existence is merely a pen and a paper
It lays out the rules and doesn’t give you reasons
The world is a sentence that’s constantly growing
Every book is a whole other world
And I am merely one letter lost among all
