I don't have a problem with blood- only spiders. I also have a deathly fear of being kidnapped. I hope that I'm never abducted, 'cuz If they attacked me I'd faint.

I dont think Bella is a snob. I think shes a bit whiny and stubborn. What I really didnt like was after she kissed Jacob.

She was confused, yes. But I mean.. the guy she kissed... is Jacob... too macho for Bella if you ask me. She suits Edward, perfectly.

Jacob also is kinda rude and mean to Edward. So, I dont really like Jacob. Where as Edward is more of a gentleman. (:

I'm with forbidden_love as well! Jake is less mature...and he should be! he is a child...and for all of Edward's "youth" he still has more "life experiences." He can handle Bella's stubborn nature well, and he offsets her well....Not to say that Bella couldn't have lived with Jacob.....


Here's an interesting thought I just....well, thought of...
Bella was the mother to Renee, but Edward is much more "responsible" than Bella...in the sense that he is willing to smother his instincts for Bella's safety...What do you think of that? Does that play into Bella's attraction towards Edward?

I am with Madz here. She was first attracted to him because of his appearence (obvoiusly) and her curiosity, and then as she got to know him, she still does not think of him as the superior older, wiser guy. She thinks of him as her equal. She does not like him because he is older or anything.

Stephenie Meyer hints this when Bella and Jacob are playing the "age game"...jake ends up older than Bella, even though bella "was born 35 and becomes more middle aged every year" Edward isn't "much of a junior" himself; all three characters are remarkably mature for their ages!

Bella has her reasons for everything she did, she is kind of a typical teenage mind in that noone can understand all of her motivations, even other teens. We cannot condemn one of our own for not understanding what she was feeling when we all have occasions like that. I am proud to give up my rightful place at Edward's side for the sake of someone who is brave and beautiful and kind but as confused as me.

Edward loves Bella she makes mistakes i mean i would make mistakes to and even if Bella had said no or yes to Jacob he would have kissed her anyway. And if you were her would you be able to fight Jacob off of YOU! No he is way to strong but i do wish Bella hadn't said yes i would have loved to see Edward break Jacob's jaw ugh. I dislike JAcob with all of my heart

if he were real i bet that millions of Twilight fans would be over at his house screaming their heads off at him. I think Jacob needs some police no Secret Service. And even they would not be able to hold off a million of angry twilight fans.

Bella is not perfect but she is human she is awesome!
