I told you how I feel,

But what do you do?

You broke my heart,
Just tearing it apart.

As I sit and cry,
I wonder why.

I did not know from the start,
That I would end up with a broken heart.

Forever and always, you promised me,
We were meant to be.

I stared in your eyes,
Not catching the lies.
