Ello dahlings. I’m Bree, the one in charge of this beautiful group. If you make me mad or don’t do your job, you will be kicked off the team. Answer the questions below, in one post. Please do not fill this page with spam. This page is only for the applications.

Now, leave the questions in with your answers. It makes it easier for me to read and to see if you have potential to be on the team. I’m not going to be strict, but you need to be organized. Also, I would like the application PMed to me. The deadline is November 8th. If you have been away from the computer and not able to get on by that deadline, then PM me with a reasonable explanation and send in your application and I will see if you are welcome or not.

JOB: To make new backgrounds, banners, and such for the site. Basically does anything requiring graphics.

Requirements:
-Good with Graphics.
-Have knowledge of and access to photshop, gimp, photoplus, or paint shop pro.
-Able to contribute/make monthly graphics for the site.

3. How long have you been a part of the TA?
4. When did you join?
5. How long are you usually on the TA? And how many days? Are you on everyday or every month?

7. Why do you think you should be allowed on this team?
8. Do you have a banner/icon/wallpaper thread here at the TA?

Now to get into some things concerning your graphics:

1. How long have you been making graphics?
2. What program do you use?
3. How long have you been using this program? Have you used other programs as well?
4. Strengths?
5. Weaknesses?

1. Why do you think you should be part of the team?
2. If we were to do something you wouldn’t want to do, would you speak up?

8. Do you have a banner/icon/wallpaper thread here at the TA? yes, yes, yes(but I've got to make new ones for the wallpaper thread)

Now to get into some things concerning your graphics:

1. How long have you been making graphics? *whimpers* does that include all my horrible attempts with like paint and lunapic? if not then.... probably.... nine or ten months??? I really don't know exactly...
2. What program do you use? Photoshop CS3 and Photoshop CS creative suite
3. How long have you been using this program? Have you used other programs as well? used CS creative suite for about nine months. CS3 for a little under one and I've used, paint, lunapic, paintshop pro, CS creative suite....... and I think that's it...
4. Strengths? That really depends on who you ask.... icons definately, colorizations and blends are pretty good...
5. Weaknesses? if I had to choose a weak point... it would unfortunately have to be sigs and banners.... I'm accused of making them very simplistically....... *scorns self* bad me! bad! lol

1. Why do you think you should be part of the team? wasn't this already asked??? because I love the TA and I love graphics making and I like to see the TA looking pretty! :)
2. If we were to do something you wouldn’t want to do, would you speak up? speak up... probably not... suck it up... yeah, that sounds pretty much right... :) unless I really didn't like it.... then you'd definately hear.....
3. Will you suggest your own ideas? the question is will I not suggest my own ideas??? Laughing

4. What is your personality, I don’t want people who are going to be rude on this team. ......I can be rude.... but that's usually only to the people that were being little witches themselves.... but I'm usually pretty hyper..... wwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!! like right now!

1. You're wearing a sweater that stretches down to your feet. What color belt do you put on? firstly, that depends on what color the sweater is.... but I'd probably work it with a skinnier black belt because the bigger belt would make what you're wearing look a little too much like a two year old raiding mommy's closet! lol! Razz

and black because it matches everything. :)

Okay, thank you Megan for signing up. As of right now you are the only one that is part of the Design Den. Anyone else that would like to join better PM me with a he.ll of an explanation. That is all.
