you have to read this!!

I was reading the story behind New Moon and Twilight on Stephenie Meyer's website and at the end of The New Moon story this is what she says:

I'm writing book four at this moment in time, and let me tell you, Forks is a very exciting place to be these days.

I wonder what that is supposed to mean. I learned a lot from reading the story behind the books like Stephenie Meyer began writing twilight on June 2, 2003 (this should be a holiday now) and I learned how hard it was for her while writing twilight. I learned that Bella and Edward first came to her in a dream! How cool is that!! I will post the links so you guys can read the stories behind Twilight and New Moon, but she has not yet written the story behind Eclipse.

I enjoyed reading these stories a lot. I never new how real Bella and Edward are to her.

I'm pretty sure I've read the stories already.

I am so jealous!!! I wish I could get some story ideas from my dreams! All of my dreams are really freaky weird. (Like this morning...I was dreaming about a kid turning into a Hulk monster. How am I supposed to make a story out of that?! It's already been done!) My best friend has dreams that tell plausible stories, so why can't I?!

Anyway...

I can totally understand how Stephenie Meyer feels about her characters. When I'm writing stories, if I get far enough into the story, I begin to feel as if the characters are real. I have a fanfiction that I am writing right now for another book series that I love (Warriors by Erin Hunter) and the characters are characters I made up, and I feel as if every single one of them is real.

I feel the same way with characters when I read books. They begin to have voices and faces and I can picture and hear them in my head while I'm reading. I know I'm not crazy because I know other people must hear and see the characters in their heads as well. (I know my best friend does!)

I just hope I can someday write a book or book series as awesome as the Twilight series!

yeah I wish a dream could come to me and I would be able to turn it into a book. The characters are so real to me! I feel like they are here with me and when I am really into the twilight books I feel like I don't exsist and I am watching bella like I'm her guardian angel or something.

I agree. It is like they are real.

its kinda like walking in bellas shoes , and when you stop reading youre pulled into reality, no cute vampire boyfriend no best friend werewolf, the real world sucks!

just for fun im writing a story that came out of a dream i had. ooo, scary!

a girl. who used to have a twin. but then she went physco and killed her twin when they weree like 22.kidnapped her child and kept him as her own. its very elaborate but i dont wanbt to get into that right now. man, some people have ISSUES!
