you just plug your ipod in with YOUR cord and then it should appear on their itunes under devices. then you press and drag songs from their library into you're ipod :]

really? i think my ipod is like Alice's because when i tried to put my library on my new computer WITH the same cord, it didn't work! unless i have two cords that i didn't know about... hmm *ponders* lol!

hmmm...i know you can put someones songs ONTO your ipod but i dont think you can put songs FROM your ipod onti another computer without erasing everything. yeah, ive tried it and it erased everything. the point is you can only have one main computer for all of your ipod's songs.

i would maybe try memory stick?
put all your songs onto cd's and import them that way?

thatthats what I say too, but if you use your friends cord you will delete all of your songs from personal experiance. And like Smiles said you need one computer to have your songs on, you cannot save them on more then one

oh yeah, i know that rule- you see, we had to get a new computer because our old one's hard drive crashed or something like that and we couldn't fix it so.. now i have BLACK computer! lol , i think i'll try the cd thing!
