It might be that they do not have it enabled to attach on all their posts, or it might be that they do not know how to do it, but they most definitely can...

Well my friend is a newbie and she already used forums so she know how to put it, but it doesn't work.

Now, I thought of it too (the attach thing), but she gave me her pass for me to try and I checked Yes and looked through everything but it still doesn't work!

Also I saw that every other newbie (mostly registered in May) don't have a siggie...they might not know how to put it or it doesn't work for them either...
