Oh, I'm totally joining. I really hate Twilight now (no offense to the rest of you.. and yes, I realize what my username is). Twilight has just become so over-rated...mass-produced..manufactured, sugar-coated, close to disney channel, crap, if I'm being honest here.

It is, in no way, unique or well written. It is merely a good story... and I really think Stephenie Meyer should look up the meaning of the songs she puts on her playllists because she has no idea what they truly mean.

She could look up the meaning of some of her adjectives, as well.

Oh, awesome. I'm so in- I hate Twilight now.

Its not particularly well written, and the characters are stupid and unbelievable. Bella's completely perfect. Edward's a stalker. Jacob is immature and idiotic. And everyone else is too perfect. The story in Twilight is anti-feminist and religious.

jacob is fine in new moon but then in eclipse he goes like haywire DX But i still love him XD. Bella isn't perfect she's dependent and can't do anything for herself. Edward is perfect but, taht's sprt of un realistic you can't be perfect it's impossible.

When we ask if you can provide a fair argument, we aren't looking for a yes or no answer. Could you indulge further in your claim that you can provide that said argument? And Bella isn't necessarily perfect. She's a Mary Sue, which is even worse.

But please, tell us your argument and then we can comment and share our own. :)

I'm not an anti, but I totally love debating over things... really anything at all... I'm Canadian so no offense I'm saying it right here.... I could give you a whole shpeel on the US, and then flip over and counter it so what I said doesn't sound so bad lol XD And the debated helmet rule in hockey.... I could go on about that for a while... and Twilight... well that would be one damn interesting debate!!!

Honestly, I don't think all aspects of the Twilight books were written well, and some of the characters are a little idiotic (coughJacobcough)... but Jasper's cool, he's not perfect.... but that's what makes him so totally perfect.... he's awesome.... Bella is a total air head... but hey... there's lots of them around! XD

Don't let the debate take place here, please. There is a thread in Angela's Hideout for everyone to debate in...if the debate is contained, it is far easier to monitor and make sure it stays respectful. Thanks

did someone say DEBATE I am totally up for it! The problem is I can't decide what side to be on... I love playing the devils advocate so I will probably by the end of it end up debating both sides. So if I'm contradicting myself... well thats just me.
