New Years.

Okie! So, we survived Christmas, and no one killed us for not having other holiday icons out there, so it's time to move on.

Here is a little bit of what I was thinking would be nice for New Years. Add your own ideas here, as well.

We could:

Have a countdown widget, ending at midnight on New Years Eve. (Design Den people, this is where I was hoping you could come in...I suck at finding good widgets.)

Use Boo's funky colorful banner. *goes to find it* *found it* This one:

Come up with a background...maybe something with fireworks that go off at midnight, like a little interactive thingy? Design Den people, help meeeee! x.x

And...hmm. Hey Bree? Do you remember that anonymous thread where people could post anonymously? Maybe we could make one of those, and people could post their resolutions...just an idea.

Mmk! That was what came to my mind when I thought of doing something for TA. So, what are your ideas?

lol nice diz... idk if any of the DDT would agree with me but i think a plain background should be nice since that banner is just way too colourful to find a BG image. and plus it's simplicity! me <3 simplicity...

Countdown widget? there are lots online... and i'll try looking for one...

how about dragons? they're nice. and they're relevant.

The contdown widget is not relevent now since New years is upon us.

Ik. And I need an admin to get on besides me! I don't know how to change the pips, and a bunch of other stuff! It'll look retarded with just a new years banner and nothing else but snowflakes!

No. Bree and Twirls and Alice are better at teh graphics stuff. Anna would know, but she has plans today. I'll be gone at 7. This sucks. *pouts*

i think You can put up widgets in the Admin Panel but i Think you need to have the settings on Advanced that's the only way I know....
Admin Panel>Settings:Advanced>Modules>(on the left side)Forum Widget Management>Create Custom Block>then you enter the code in the big box.
You will find create custom block in "Forum Widgets Management."
Hope you get the widget up! even though this will probably be no use until next holidays...
