First Assignment and the Ground Rules

Job: to go to other sites and try to affiliate/promote the TA.

Requirements:
Must know good sites to promote at. Pushy, but not TOO pushy. Good knowledge of the TA. Member for AT LEAST three weeks.

::NOTE: to stay on this team, you must recruit at least three new members every month.

So, since the first member has just been accepted, it is time to lay down some ground rules:

1. Since it is near the end of November, it is not fair to start with November. Therefore, the first official month that you have to recruit members is December.

2. HOWEVER, if you do gather members between now and the beginning of December, I will count them for the new month, so if you get any new members within the next week, they will count for your December tally.

3. Every month, we will feature a Member of the Month--this will be a person who has gotten the most members to join for that month.

4. Here is how the tally is going to work:
- for every month, you have to get three members. I will look at the intro threads, so for every member you get to join, TELL THEM TO POST an Intro thread, and tell them to say in there that you got them to join! Then, come and post in the "new members joining" thread (which I am about to create) and post the username of that person.
- If you get 10 members in December, but none in January, I will let the member count roll over for ONE month, so you have to get new members for February.

5. One of the best ways to get new members is to post in the affiliates threads. If you do this, make sure you follow that site's rules.

If anything else needs to be addressed, post your queries in this thread.
