Big Brothers/Sisters
Job: to personally 'adopt' a newbie and take them under your wing. You will answer any of their questions, help them get settled in, show them around.
Requirements:
Extremely well informed about site. Member since July. Friendly. Posts well; not many misspelled words or spam. Can promote site well.
