Okay I'm not sure if this is just me, but the site seems really empty lately. Anyone know why?

I like Carlisle a lot... Emmet is awesome XD

I do not really have a strong preference about the Cullen males...

And I have no idea... probably exams coming up and stuff...

I should really start studying for my exams.
I'm a sucky test taker and for most of my classes I'm on the border of an A so I need good grades on my finals.

But oh well. A B is not the worst thing that could happen to me

Finals.... Don't have to worry about those until *counts in head* the 15th! the 15th of January yay!

6-8th grade, we just like slacked off.
I mean, we had 'exams' for like spanish and computers, but that was it.
And now these are the real deal.
Apparently for bio, it's 150 questions in an hour.
I'm going to die.

I believe so.
It's a 'scantron' test.
I dunno if you guys have those but they SUCK.
especially for bio, because all the choices sound exactly the same.
seriously, if you have even the slightest doubt about your answer, then you're screwed.

but now my school is adopting another test thingy that's supposed to be "more profficient". *shrugs* all i know is that finals suck majorily!!

We always have to take scantrons... at least they are better than fill-in-the blanks, though! or essays, those are the worst. They take FOREVER!!!

Ew I HATE essays. Especially for english, when they ask you to explain a theme and then give like 8 specific examples. Those suck majorly.

But like, if you totally flunk an exam, can it bring your grade down a lot?

It depends. For us, exam grades are 20% of our grade in most classes... so if you do bad, it can make a difference....

I'm sorry for interrupting the on-going discussion of exams (God help us all XD) but I would just like to say, I'm back and feel bad I haven't been on in awhile. I'm just hoping that I can be accepted back with open Carlisle-like love filled arms. ^_^

Lol, I am not in Carlisle, and they accept me, I am sure it will not be a problem XD

*Gag* essays... my English AP teacher has us do these in class analytical essays....kill me now...I doubt I am gonna do well on the AP test with her grading...

lol sorry for the random shout-out, anyways it turns out that I don't have finals until after xmas break. I know it's a good thing, but I still can't help but feel that we should take them before break so our minds don't turn to mush and cookie dough and have us stressed the whole time!

me too.. and lucky me! We have them next Thursday/Friday, before the break. Friday is the written day, Thursday is like, tests. Fridays a minimum day though, so I'm happy :)

We have them Wed, Thurs, Fri of next week.

And now the teachers are piling all this crap that they didnt teach us onto us now, as if they expect us to memorize it all. Pfff.
