Edward vs. Jacob

ok so i know this topic is well know and that it also can get very heated when it come to this two people have very clear view and very strong view. but still i want to see what people think about them in this book. because in eclipse is when it all happens its were jacob tries to steal bella its were he kissed her its where edward comes back. (that is the most important thing in my mind i know he comes back in new moon but thats jus the end here he is here the whole book)
what do you think about them here about what they did or didn't do to try and keep or take bella? what did they do wrong? who were you cheering for in eclipse was it jake or Edward?

personally i love edward and the only thing that he didn't do exactly right was break jakes jaw when he kissed bella... if i would of been him jake would of been dead but edward didn't. i guess he is a better person or maybe i'm just a jealous freak.

and please respect others for their views don't just call someone stupid or insult them or what they think just because you don't agree with them have some respect we all deserve it. thanks

I used to like Edward more than Jake. It's the other way around now.

I have been a feirce Edward fan since Twilight. I love love love love him and honestly, I hate Jacob. Thats what I think. A lot of people that I know have read BD and decided to change their minds. But I read it, and I still passionetly love Edward, and the opposate for Jacob. If you read New Moon, Eclipse, or even Twilight again (again) you will still see all the reasons I don't like Jacob, and all the reasons why I like Edward.

Jacob's stubbornness is attractive. Plus, he's built.

I like Edward better for Bella, but I pity Jake and am very happy for him after BD. I like how it worked out.

I love every quality about Jacob. Edward, on the other hand, just annoys the crap out of me for reasons i don't really want to explain. in the end, i think it all worked out perfectly, but I would have much rather had Bella and Jacob be a couple in the end instead of it being about Bella and Edward...would have been a completely different story.

Who do you think would win in a fight Edward or Jake? I say Edward with his century of experience.

I was Switserland until Jacob turned into a warewolf/ shapeshifter. Then in my opinion he got kind of mean... but I wanted them to have a fight as well, but I think Edward would have won big time. I am on team Edward but mostly team Jasper but sadly he isnt in the fight for Bella THAT would make things more interesting!

i am so definatlly team edward. jasper's also very cool lol. i was happy Bella punched Jacob in the mouth! but...she did break her hand...but if he could have felt that!!!!! (SPOILERS) wouldn't that be strange though, in breaking dawn to be eventually married to the daughter of the girl you kissed and fell for? i think that would be really strange....

Sad for Jacob though 'coz Bella treats him only as a brother..
He likes her a lot but she doesn't feel that way about him..
On the other hand, Edward was so sweet..
Especially when she's w/ Bella..
He wants only the best for her..
He is like a father, a friend and a true lover..
So, all in all, Edward was the best!
