| Hello, Fellow Carlislers!!! I just thought that since we are members of the house that represents compassion we should start a thread to show how compassionate we are. you know, show that Carlisle side of ourselves!! so, if you kave any good deeds you would like to share with your fellow Carlisleians, feel free to post them here! no matter how small...maybe you helped out a friend, volunteered in your community, made a little kid happy, or even resisted temptation to suck other people's blood =] whatever it is!! so how are you representing Carlisle?? | |

- Well I didn't go to school today...or outside for that matter, but I always help noobies on boards where I'm an old member. ^___^ I also warned everybody I knew at school about KFC and it's evil-ness. DX DON'T EAT AT KFC!!!! Not only do they TORTURE their chickens (see KFC Cruelty on YouTube) but they are also very very un-sanitary!!! Apparently, according to some formal employees, some of the workers don't use gloves while preparing the food, they don't mop or sweep the floors (which actually leads to their RAT problem), and they use the same grease day after day! They also have had problems with child labor in the past! Trust me on this one. Do some research. KFC is NASTY and CRUEL. Please. This isn't about eating meat anymore. It's about people's health.
Catatonic...YOU ARE MY HERO!!!!! seriously, I have been telling everyone that same thing!!!!! my friend e-mailed me the video a couple month ago and I was so mad I acctually subscrided to get some flyer things from PAETA and I've been showing it to people!! I agree guys!! please don't eat KFC...not only for the poor mistreated animals' good, but for your own health! anyways, wonderful good deed! way to represent the Carlisle house!! err..today I went to the hospital today to visit my friends grandother who is very sick...I had never met her before and she is so sweet. it was so sad seeing her there.

| Ew. I don't think I'm going to eat at KFC anymore, not that I ever really did. Anyway, a month ago my brother got pneumonia and he couldn't go to school for a week, so I took care of him and made him tea, and etc. Then a week ago he almost broke his leg in soccer, so I helped him walk and I took good care of him | |

| I agree, PETA does take things a little too far sometimes...anyways, I can't say I became a vegetarian cuase my mom forces me to eat at least fish, but I would like to. - RunsWithVampires wrote:

hey, a good deed is a good deed!!! and Anna- that's very sweet of you to take care of your brother. today my mom wasn't feeling well, so I did my best to take care of her all day(minus the time I was at school of course) so she wouldn't have to get out of bed. Amd I also took care of my little brother when he got home. =]

| I always smile at people on the street (some are happier after I did, some look at me as if I´m crazy...). I help the "outsiders" in my class. I hand out my homework so everybody can copy them. :) I keep children from fighting. I´m, well, trying to make the world I live in better. | |

| Well, I volunteer at the hospital on Mondays and Thursdays and help people there in very tiny matters. . . Oh, and every time I have to dismiss a person from the hospital and they are still in the wheelchair I try to make conversation with them so they won't feel bad when coming out of the hospital. Good enough? | |

| Well... I´m happy to be in Carlisle... So many nice people here... I help the workers who´re making the rooms in our house right now; bringing them food etc. (I would like it much better too to work for someone who´s nice with me. *noddes*) | |

| Ummmmm... well it's very small but I held the door open for my whole class at the end of the hour. I kinda got stuck there, because I was holding it waiting for my friends and they took forever and then the class came so I couldn't just slam it in all of their faces after my friends got out so I held it.
I also help some of the kids in my science class who don't understand the days lessons. And I also bought my friends some candy. It's all very samll stuff but I showed my Carlisle side!

| Really, REALLY small stuff:
I'm constantly lending people my copies of Twilight and New Moon.
Yesterday I did all the laundry in the house, which was about five loads' worth, including folding and hanging the clothes. I'd never done something like that before, so I was even a little weirded out, ha ha.

| I'd say lending out your copies of Twilight/New Moon is a rather big thing. I lent out my copy of New Moon today and there was a whole five minutes of terms and conditions my friend had to listen too. I love the books WAY too much, to just let someone borrow it. I'd def. say it's a nice and considerate thing to do. | |

I'm constantly lending people my copies of Twilight and New Moon. Hey, lending out Twilight and New Moon is VERY big. :0 it's like the BIBLE! So, this is what I did/going to do, because everyone else is sharing... In science, we were working on global warming. My partner said that she was going to give up lunch period to write a letter to the news papers talking about global warming. I told her that I would help out. So later tonight, I'm going to write a global warming letter.
A while back, I was at the super market. I'm always going with my grandfather every saturaday because it's like "our day" and I love to help him out. But anyway, I wanted a soda. I went to the machine cashier and the line was long. This one woman said that she would pay for my soda. I smiled and then bagged her groceries even though they were HEAVY!
I'm a writer and people are constantly giving me work to edit at school. Some others will say "this sucks" but instead, I always give some pointers and tell them the good parts.
I always smile and say funny things to make people happy.
I was nominated for all City band and I gave it up to help my grandmother who was recently hospitalized.
Sometimes I pick up liter.
I give money to charities, even if it's spare change because I know that it will add up to something.Umm... thaz it i guess.

I let someone borrow Twilight once and I was nervous through the whole weekend and yes there were a lot of rules and conditions also. :) I'm such a fanatic that I own 2 copies of Twilight. My 1st copy was getting really ratty and torn up, so I bought another one that's like in mint condition. It makes me not worry about ruining my 1st copy.
