Have you tried downloading Photoshop Plus?

Nope... I do not want to do it illegally, and I am seriously broke right now... Is there a trial or something?

Oops. I meant Photoplus.
It's the program Twirls uses, and it's free.
Sadly though, it doesn't work on most laptops.
But it does work on PC's.

Nuts I have a laptop--my PC is WAY old, and we have dial-up, so it moves at the speed of a turtle.

Okay, then you can try GIMP. It's what I use. It's not the best, but it still works.

What is that one?

It's almost the same as photoshop & photoplus. But not quite the same. It's way harder to learn, but once you take a few tutes, and stuff it get's simpler.
